Pork Chops

I grew up with my mom making these kind of pork chops which may be why I like them so much. Sometimes Jack thinks it tastes bitter, this time he loved them. I'm not sure what makes the difference-the lemon or onion I use? Anyway, I always like it and it's super simple.

lemon
onion
ketchup
brown sugar

Mix together equal parts ketchup and brown sugar. Slice your lemon and onion.

Place pork chops on baking pan (may want to put foil on bottom). Spread pork chops with a little of the ketchup mixture, put slices of lemon and onion on top and lather more of the ketchup mixture on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Take foil off and bake an additional 15.

*I need to double check with my mom on the time. I didn't write this down right away and have forgotten. Why I am making a blog with recipes, so I don't need to call my mom every time I make it! :)
